Patrick Scherberger is a comic book artist currently working for Marvel Comics.
His career began when he won Comicbookresources.com’s internet competition Comic Book Idol in 2004. During the competition he was contacted by Joe Quesada to do a formal try-out for Marvel Comics and, as a result of this, was soon chosen to pencil Marvel Age: Spider-Man. Some of the comics he’s worked on are Marvel Adventures: Spider-man, GeNext, Doctor Doom and the Masters of Evil, and Spider-Man and the Secret Wars.
And is currently working on the second part of World War Hulks: Spider-Man vs. Thor issues 1 and 2 due out in July.

For several years he served as artistic producer of the "Living Room Series" at Noah Wyle and Daniel Henning's Blank Theatre Company in Hollywood. A former game programmer, Davis is renowned for creating such arcade classics as Q*bert, Terminator 2, and Us vs. Them, and has also worked for George Lucas's Industrial Light and Magic.
James Kerwin's recent feature film, "Yesterday Was a Lie," screened at Phoenix Comicon in 2009 before being picked up by E1 Entertainment and given a commercial release last December, followed by DVD release this April. His directing style has been honored by critic Paul Birchall for two consecutive years in Back Stage Magazine's "Best of the Year" list. In addition to a dozen festival jury and audience prizes for "Yesterday Was a Lie," Kerwin was named "Best Director" and "Best Screenwriter" last year by New York Visionfest. He has served as a production/cinematography instructor at T.C.U. and a guest artist at U.T. Austin, and has spoken on filmmaking in venues as diverse as San Diego Comic-Con, Space Camp, and the University of Arizona's Center for Consciousness Studies. Cory VandenBos has been providing make-up and special effects to the AZ film industry for over ten years. He has worked in films featuring talents such as Kane Hodder, Corbin Bernsen and Brinke Stevens. Along with special effects he works as a sculptor, mask maker and painter with his company Malign Creations.
Jaime Paglia is the co-creator and Executive Producer of the Syfy Channel record-setting series, Eureka, which is currently in production on its fourth season of 20 episodes. Having started in feature films, Paglia sold his first spec script, Bombshell, (written with David Draffin) to Team Todd at New Line Cinema, followed by Kringle (written with Andrew Cosby), which sold to Oscar-winning screenwriter/producer Akiva Goldsman and producer Mark Canton. Paglia went on to co-create Eureka with Cosby for the Syfy Channel and NBC Universal Television Studios, and adapted the feature film Damn Nation for MTV Films and Paramount Pictures.
Dietrich Smith is an Arizona based artist. He began as an intern for Extreme studios/Image comics and moved on to titles with Malibu, Marverl, DC and a variety of small publishers. Looking to expand his talent and he began storyboarding in the animation field on shows like Men in Black, Jumanji, Robocop, and Spider-man. In addition to comics and animation Dietrich has illustrated for newspapers, magazines and children's books.
Jason began working in the comic book industry painting covers for Star Trek and Star Wars in 1990. Since then, he’s worked as an illustrator on a vast variety of projects, including art for TV shows, story boards, advertising, concept work and collectibles. His recent projects include Indiana Jones concept designs for Lucasfilm, and licensed work for Warners Brothers and Universal Studios.
Maia Gray, known to the community as NyuNyu, has been cosplaying and attending conventions since 2003. Her first major award was Best Novice at Anime Expo 2005 and she has since moved up to win awards in Master Class including Best of Show. Despite her young age, NyuNyu is experienced, with 50 handmade costumes under her belt.
Mikoto has been making costumes for about 5 years and loving lolita fashion for longer than that. While she is a master class costumer, her real love is Japanese fashion. In 2010 she released her own brand of clothing inspired by the lolita style popular in Japan. She enjoys sharing her love of fashion with the convention crowds by running panels that teach and show what Japanese fashion is all about. Mikoto is also a panelist with SunaCosu.
Nikki Ollive, better known as Fuu, has been making and wearing costumes for all of her life. She made her cosplay debut in 2007, and quickly moved up to competing in Master Class. Never one to miss an opportunity to dress up, Fuu has expanded her cosplaying hobby to include historical costuming, traditional Japanese clothing, and fashion. She has become best known for her award winning prop work, which she continues to improve as she pursues a metals major at ASU. Fuu is also a member of SunaCosu, where she enjoys helping other cosplayers, as well as hosting panels, workshops and other events.
Carissa "Kisa" Sortman first started showing up in the costuming community in 2005, when encouraged by friends to cosplay Aeris. At AniZona 2, her first convention, she won Best of Show along with her group for their Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children skit. Since then, she has won numerous local contest and Best of Show with her group at Con-Nichiwa. She also has participated and performed in various maid cafes. Kisa is a Fiber Arts major at ASU and is also a panelist with SunaCosu.

Diana Clark is a legal secretary working for one of the top litigation attorneys in Phoenix. She has many varied interest, including costuming, reading great fantasy and sci-fi fiction, and cooking, just to name a few. Madame Zamboni was born in the old country, the daughter of a gypsy and a hockey player, she pursued the arcane arts from a young age. Her husband died many years ago, leaving her to pursue her dream of enlightening people's lives with a bit of magic.

For nearly 10 years Jeff Dolniak has been an active producer of cult films and horror on dvd. Working closely with such genre dvd companys as, Synapse films, Shout Factory, Code Red Dvd and others. Jeff and his company Ban 1 Productions (which he runs with Mike Heenan) are best known as the creators of the popular grindhouse-style trailer dvd compilations , 42nd Street Forever, produced with Synapse films. Jeff is also an actor and writer as well. Currently hes playing the role of "Henry" in the futuristic thriller "Crushed Velvet", directed by Brian Skiba. Thrill The World - Phoenix Valley is part of an annual performance with Thrill The World. Every year we dance with the world the weekend before Halloween in an effort to break a world record for the largest simultaneous dance in multiple locations. Last year our Phoenix Valley group had 179 dancers and we danced with 22,596 people from 32 countries and broke the world record with Record Holders Republic! Michael R. Mennenga (MEN-en-gay) was born in Nebraska, and grew up on a small farm outside of Holdrege. He began writing in late 1986 but it took a couple of years for Michael to develop his style. He began working on his first book in 1988 and spent the next six years submitting manuscripts, talking with publishers and agents, learning the ins and outs of this changing industry. Even though he remained unpublished, he had become a proficient writer and by the end of 1995 he had written 2 young adult books, 1 novel, and had 9 others in various stages of production. In late 1995 he also turned his attention to the Internet.
Dr. David A. Williams is currently serving as a Faculty Research Associate in the School of Earth and Space Exploration at Arizona State University. He served as a Visiting Assistant Professor at ASU in 2001-2002, in which he co-taught Physical Geology and a graduate seminar in Planetary Volcanology. David is currently performing research in volcanology and planetary geology, with a focus on planetary mapping, geochemical, and remote sensing studies. His research has included computer modeling of seismic wave propagation through planetary interiors, visible and near-infrared spectroscopy of the lunar surface, planetary geologic mapping of the satellites of Jupiter and the planet Mars, computer modeling of the physical and geochemical evolution of lava flows in a variety of planetary environments, and petrologic study of lava samples from Mount St Helens. He was involved with NASA's Magellan Mission to Venus and Galileo Mission to Jupiter, and he is currently serving as an Associate US Investigator on the European Space Agency's Mars Express mission. David is currently the First Vice Chair of the Planetary Geology Division of the Geological Society of America, has served on several NASA committees including the 2007 Jovian System Observer Science Definition Team, and is currently a steering committee member of the NASA Outer Planets Advisory Group.
Paul Davies is a theoretical physicist, cosmologist, astrobiologist and best-selling author. His research ranges from the origin of the universe to the origin of life, and includes the properties of black holes, the nature of time and quantum field theory. Kris Neri writes an urban fantasy series featuring fake psychic, Samantha Brennan, and genuine Celtic goddess/FBI agent, Annabelle Haggerty. The first book in the series, High Crimes on the Magical Plane, was a Lefty Award nominee. Peter Clines grew up in the Stephen King fallout zone of Maine and started writing science fiction and fantasy stories at the age of eight. He is the author of Ex-Heroes and the genre-classics blender The Eerie Adventures of Robinson Crusoe, along with numerous pieces of short fiction and countless articles on the film and television industry. He currently lives and writes somewhere in southern California, where he is hard at work on his next novel, Ex-Patriots.

Terry Tibke has been illustrating and building the world of Armageddon for the last 20 years – since he was 11 years old. He is the author, artist and creator of the young adult novel Armageddon: The Battle of Darkening Skies, first in a series of fantasy books published by Eloquent Books in 2009.
