Exhibitor Setup Process
Online registration for Exhibitors is now open!
We are now SOLD OUT of all booths and artist alley tables.
Please sign up on the waiting list located on the table order form ,and if a table becomes available we will contact those on the list in the order they sgined up.
We are continually striving to improve our Vendor and Artist’s experience with Phoenix Comicon. This year we have automated our signup and purchase process. We can even link your prior application info to your current request, eliminate the need for filling this out each year.
Steps for getting set up:

Create an online account
Head over to http://phoenixcomicon.com/login and login / create an account.

Set up your Exhibitor Dashboard
Once you are logged in, go to your dashboard: http://phoenixcomicon.com/members_area, and click on the “Change my dashboard” link. Make sure the following panels are visible:

My Exhibitors
-
Exhibitor Hall Tables
-
Exhibitor Orders
click Save to go back to the dashboard

Returning Exhibitor Info
If you were an Exhibitor last year, you have 2 choices to continue. Please choose only ONE of these options:

Send an email to bill.bailey@phoenixcomicon.com with the following information:

username
-
Full name
-
Company name
-
email address
We’ll then attach your last year’s information to your dashboard. Skip to Step 5. OR....

Click the link in your “my Exhibitors” panel to create a new Exhibitor account. After adding your info, you’ll be redirected to the Booth/Table order form. Skip to Step 5.

New Exhibitors
If this is your first year as an Exhibitor at Phoenix Comicon, click the link in your “My Exhibitors” panel to create a new exhibitor account.

Pre-Purchase your Exhibitor Hall Booths/Tables/Memberships
If you aren’t there already, click on the link in your Exhibitor Hall Tables panel to purchase your Booths, Tables and/or Additional membership badges.

Congratulations! You are finished, for now, at least. Once we have an approved floor plan, we’ll contact you to let you pick your locations.
