Event Staff needed for Line & Access. Responsible for a safe and efficient environment for staff, attendees, guest and vendors. Duties include but are not limited to; line control, event monitoring, patrolling, registration line management, VIP and Guest line management, and crowd control. Event Staff needed for Registration. Duties include but are not limited to; stuffing/assembling badges, answer basic attendee questions, keep registrar stations stocked with badges, pens, sidekick inserts, and forms, and provide cashier support. Do you want to get a behind the scenes look at how Phoenix Comicon Fan Fest runs? Operations Logistics is looking for event staff to assist teams throughout Fan Fest. Volunteers will need to be able to do some lifting up to 20lbs and there is some loading and unloading required. To apply, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are you looking for a role with a lot of variety? Photo Booth is looking for staff to help in all areas including scan stations to ensure the correct attendee is in the correct photo op and gets the right photo, assist in securing personal items during the photo op, helping guests and members make sure they're in the right spot for the camera and help control the flow of people, and process prints and review for quality.
Coordinators are also needed for Photo Booth so if you're looking for a leadership role where you'll oversee 6 to 8 staff in each of these functions. Email email@example.com to apply.
