The Hyatt Regency is the site for the Phoenix Comicon's evening and nighttime programming, including parties, dances, receptions, art auction, and more. With events scheduled to run past midnight, there is every reason to stay on site and not miss any of the action or fun.

The Phoenix Comicon guest rate is:

  • $121 a night for single/double occupancy
  • $131 for triple/quadruple (REDUCED in price from last years's $144/$169 rates.  We love you too).

We're pretty excited that due to our fine negotiating skills, we secured a LOWER rate for triple and quadruple occupancy rooms over last year at $131 a night for both, making it even MORE AFFORDABLE for families and groups to enjoy our convention.  Our triple occupancy rooms are reduced over last year by 10% and our quadruple occupancy rooms are reduced over last year by 22%!

Parking Discount: Plus, book your room using the Phoenix Comicon group code and receive 25% discount on self-parking rates at the adjacent parking garage with free in-out parking privileges. When you arrive simply charge the self-parking to your guest room folio to receive this specially negotiated rate. Overnight discounted parking is only available at the Regency Garage on the corner of 2nd Street and Adams, based on availability.

Get to know the Phoenix Comicon layout

With events at the Phoenix Convention Center and the Hyatt Regency occupying FIVE floors combined, we want to make sure you know where all of your favorite guests and activities will be located.
 

Phoenix Convention Center

North Building Lower Level:  Begin your visit to Phoenix Comicon by heading to Registration located in Halls 2-3.  Once you collect your badge, head over to the Exhibitor Halls 4-6 to meet all of our guests, artists, and vendors.  The celebrity photo booth is in Halls 5-6 as well.  You’ll also find our Information Desk and complimentary photo booth in the lobby outside these halls.
 
North Building First and Second Floor: Our programming is so large we cover two floors, with each genre housed in their own specific rooms.  
120 North Ballroom – Hear our biggest guests speak in the epic ballroom. With over 4,000 seats there is room for all.
 
Hyatt Regency 
Main Floor Regency Ballroom, Sundance:  As the sun goes down our nighttime events warm up with the Geek Prom, Zombie Beauty Pageant, and concerts taking place in the Regency Ballroom.
 
Second floor Attrium and event rooms:  Tabletop, role play, and card based Gaming takes place all weekend long in the atrium.  In the Phoenix Ballroom attend anime and Japanese themed dances and concerts.
